Considerations on the Solar Revolution

The Solar Revolution is read, in its general aspects in the same manner as a natal horoscope is read.
The difficulty begins when it is pretended to get from it some inkling as to the time when the events indicated are likely to take place.
In my opinion, and from my experience, the time when the several events occur, counting from the birthday, is counted by the Moon, taking one degree to be worth a week from that day, and counting the lunar motion not from the Ephemeris, but simply at one degree per week without any further difficulty. I have found this apparently careless system to give correct results.
One further consideration will complete the instructions for the reading of time in the solar revolution. The aspects the Moon forms in this ideal motion are not to be taken as absolutely what they show, but as mere excitement of the places aspected. That is to say, suppose 4 degrees (i.e. weeks) after birthday the Moon comes to a square of Mars, and that Mars, in the solar revolution, is without bad aspects, this will not mean that anything bad will happen, but merely that the aspects of Mars in the solar revolution will be brought into action by the lunar aspect. The fact that the aspect is a bad one will show itself only in the way the event in question will present itself at first. It will seem an adverse event, but the fact that Mars has none but good aspects will eliminate the apparently bad promise of the exciting aspect.
I need not mention that, if I say this, it is because in my experience, I Have verified it many times over.
