Am I condemned to die a speedy death

Or must I waste my years with suffering

Yielding at last the in a {…} breath

The life that like a leech did to rot cling?

Is my pain one to last and to consume

My fame, my mind all my belief other I own?

Or am I one whose {…} doom

Shall not abandon unto Time {…}

I care not. Be it one way, be it not.

I do suppose my sin is but to live.

What will my body give of new to rot?

If it live long what will it to life give?

     The day grows dark and me, or I blind,

     One of the conscious sufferances of mankind.
